User Experience is a concern throughout the project. It informs envisioning, design, implementation, and testing. Personas drive scenarios, which are storyboarded and then worked into technical designs. Exploratory testing contains a heuristic for adopting the persona and running through the working system. At every stage of the project, customer feedback should be obtained.
